one57nine is the full spectrum of leadership development by a laddered approach.  (one) represents entry-level or an individual’s fundamental development; (5) represents an individual’s upgrade in technical and professional development–or a 5 skill level; (7) represents an individual’s advanced upgrade in technical and professional development–or a 7 skill level; and (9) represents an individual obtaining one’s own highest level of structured development. 

Regardless if you have served in the military or not, one57nine lessons cross a broad scope of professional roles and challenges.  My goal is to illicit thought-provoking conversation through progressive leadership ideals to advance your leadership portfolio and influence optimal performance.
